On April 2008, the Manvik Group wholly acquired the shareholding of Wastetec waste Management Equipment Limited. The Manvik Group operates in Ireland and the UK with 90 staff and a turnover of some £40m. For the last 12 months we have been deeply involved in the integration of the two companies and we are now about to complete the final phase of integration. That is, to bring Wastetec and Manvik together under a unified brand in the United Kingdom, namely Manvik.
Therefore as of the 1st of July 2009, we will cease to trade under Wastetec and will formally trade as Manvik.
